The evolution of skin pigmentation and rejuvenation treatments in the last 10 years: Pearls and experiences sharing

Skin spots, dullness, and aging have always been the problems to be solved in aesthetic medicine. With the evolution of science and technology, there are more and more medical devices that can be used for treatment.
Looking at Taiwan in the past 10 years, from the traditional nanosecond laser to the current picosecond laser, although it can treat many problems, there are still shortcomings. Combining picosecond lasers with lasers of other wavelengths can expand the range of treatment problems, and the effect is also very good. However, using laser alone to treat skin pigmentation problems, after years of experience, still encounters bottlenecks.
Recently, the intervention of microneedle radiofrequency device and regenerative medicine havd also allowed us to find that improving the microenvironment of the skin, or even turning to improving skin aging instead of targeting melanocytes, can also improve spot pigmentation and overall skin quality.
I believe that combined treatment has always been the trend of aesthetic medicine, and I look forward to this speech can bring you some reflections and ideas.
