Mid face filler injection could reverse patient aging and enhance their natural beauty.<br/>To approach aging midface filler, you should comprehend 3 issues: anatomy, filler rheology, and technique. Mid face includes 3 main areas that you must focus on. They are tear trough deformity, nasolabial fold and cheek hollow. Firstly, the tear trough has a very thin skin structure, so using filler in this location must be done with caution. The filler used for tear trough should be low water retain and low swelling factor. Secondly, the nasolabial fold can be approached in direct and indirect ways. Direct way: fillers are injected into nasolabial fold by fanny technique. Indirect way: fillers are injected into the malar to lift the fold. Thirdly, cheek volumizing could be obtained by multilayering because of age-related changes affecting all layers of the midface. In this lecture, we will explore the clinical applications of neuromodulators, including their use in the treatment of various medical conditions. We will examine the evidence supporting the use of neuromodulators in the management of conditions such as chronic pain, migraine headaches, and neurologic tic disorder Through a combination of case studies and research findings, attendees will gain a deep understanding of the effectiveness and safety of neuromodulators in these non-cosmetic indications. By the end of this lecture, attendees will be able to incorporate neuromodulators in their clinical practice for non-cosmetic indications to improve patient outcomes. |

Dr Huang is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Charming Beauty Clinic in Taipei, Taiwan. He holds various positions in prestigious organisations in Taiwan, including Consultant Surgeon at Taipei Veterans General Hospital and Plastic Surgeon at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital. He serves as a training doctor for Plastic Surgical Association Republic of China, surgical training doctor for Taiwan Surgical Association, and laser training doctor for the Medical Association of the Republic of China. An expert in filler injections, Dr Huang is constantly seeking to refine his techniques and is highly skilled and qualified in performing special techniques for full face rejuvenation. He is one of the pioneers of using Restylane Skinboosters in Taiwan. Some of his areas of specialty include using a unique multi-layer injection technique to treat the tear trough deformity as well as the invention of exclusive techniques of using Restylane Vital for facial hydro-lifting and rejuvenation. Dr Huang is currently an active speaker in many international and regional aesthetic congresses.

As an international trainer and key opinion leader for various pharmaceutical companies, she lectures extensively on dermatology for fillers, botulinum toxin, and regenerative stem cell therapies. Dr. Puyat is a Board-certified Dermatologist and is a member of various medical organizations such as the American Academy of Dermatology and the World Society of Anti-Aging Medicine. She currently serves as a board of directors at the Philippine Dermatological Society (PDS) and the President of the International Society of Dermatology and Aesthetic Surgery (ISDS).
