Exploring the cutting-edge applications of photofractional treatment

Photofractional rejuvenation technology includes two solutions: IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) and ResurFX™ non-ablative skin resurfacing, so that both skin tone and texture can be treated at the same session. The multi-platform capabilities of the Stellar M22 offer a holistic treatment approach and have been validated in numerous clinical studies and peer-reviewed articles. Advanced OPT will also allow determining the specific fluence per sub-pulse when using multiple- sequential pulsing (MSP™), for fine- tuned treatment setting. In this session, I will share my clinical experience with Photofractional™ treatment and show high levels of patient satisfaction and repeatable results.

The efficacy of multi-mode microneedle RF technology for facial rejuvenation

Microneedle Radiofrequency (RF) has become a versatile tool in aesthetic medicine, addressing a range of concerns such as skin rejuvenation, acne scars, drug delivery, and submental fat reduction. This presentation explores the differences between various microneedle RF systems, focusing on monopolar versus bipolar energy modes, and their impact on treatment efficacy. We will also discuss frequency (Hz) settings and needle tip configurations, emphasizing how these parameters influence tissue interaction and target depth for each specific indication. By tailoring the device settings and energy modes, clinicians can optimize outcomes, whether aiming for skin tightening, scar remodeling, enhanced transdermal drug delivery, or localized fat reduction, making microneedle RF an adaptable solution for personalized aesthetic treatments.
