Group registration

KOREADERMA 2023 offers a group registration discount. Those who wish to register more than 10 people are eligible for group registration rates. Group registration fees are only payable by wire transfer. If you want to proceed with the group registration, please email the secretariat office. (koreaderma@akd.or.kr)

– Group registration for 10 people, 20% discount applied

– Group registration for 20 people, 30% discount applied

Payment method

Payment of fees should be made using one of the following options.

For international registrants

  • Registrants are responsible for all credit card service charges.
  • The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
  • The merchant name on your credit card statement will be ‘Eximbay’.
Wire transfer

If you are planning to complete the payment through remittance, please register after checking the wire transfer.

Make sure to complete the deposit after checking the deposit account information below.

  • All bank transfer fees are borne by the registrar.
  • When you make a deposit, please deposit with the same name as the one you registered.
  • An e-mail will be sent to the registrant only when the deposit is completed.

  • The registration fee for domestic registrants is the same as the amount of the annual symposium, and please make a deposit to the account of the Association of Korea Dermatologists.
  • The registrant’s name and depositor’s name must be the same when transferring.

REGISTRATION GUIDE

General information about registrations

  • Online registrations will be available until June 17.
  • All those who wish to register on or after June 11 will be required to register on-site.
  • Registrations will not be complete until completion of full payment.
  • If you wish to change the registration category, please submit your request via email (koreaderma@akd.or.kr).
  • To be eligible for Resident, Fellow, Academic researcher rates, you will be required to attach a document to verify your status (student ID, letter of proof, etc.) when you register.

Registration fees include

For doctors and residents, fellows, academic researchers
  • Admission to all congress scientific sessions
  • Admission to all social events, coffee breaks and F/B
  • Admission to the exhibition
  • A program book
  • A certificate of attendance
For visitors
  • Admission to all social events and coffee breaks
  • Admission to the exhibition
  • Option to purchase visitor’s tour

Cancellation & refund policy

  • All cancellations must be submitted to the secretariat via email.
  • Cancellations made
    – Before June 11 : 100% refund
    – From June 12 to 18 : 50% refund
    – After June 19 : Not eligible for refund
  • All bank service charges will be deducted from the registration’s refunds
    (generally 4% and up).
